Technical Program Manager

• Program/Project Management and coordination capability/thorough Understanding of SDLC process and Procedure
  
• Knowledge on the Quality Metric and CMM L3/L5
  
• Experience in delivering Products based projects should understand how to maintain and manage the product roadmap.
  
• Ability to manage the vendors and stakeholders to get the project/product delivered.
  
• Thorough knowledge on Project management practice for Development and Production Support practices
  
• Deep knowledge on the CMMi Process and Quality Metrics
  
• Ensure delivery as per the committed timelines and budget and cost management.
  

Requirements

• Must have 12 16 years of experience in IT industry and must have worked at least 5 years in software product development companies into Property and casualty insurance / General insurance domain (minimum 2 years)
  
• Should have started the career as software developer and moved into leading and managing and implementing the product/program/project development & delivery end to end.
  
• Must have hands on exp. on any of the LCNC (low code no code) technology.
  
• Wellversed with the technology stack Mendix Socotra AGILESCRUM dot net java
  
• Must have a strong Delivery governance experience.
