THE ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic technologist to join an exciting opportunity for a ground up implementation of integration platform connecting many Sales Financial Planning & Factory applications and integrating with suppliers in a green field fast paced pharma manufacturing company
The Integration Architect will report into VP of Technology and leads all aspects of application and rd party integrations which includes defining architecture patterns middleware selection technical design DevOps setting up documentation standards and manage development teams to deliver key integrations

THE ROLE

The Integration Architect will report into VP of Technology and leads all aspects of application and rd party integrations which includes defining architecture patterns middleware selection technical design DevOps setting up documentation standards and manage development teams to deliver key integrations
YOU WILL
- Architect & Implement a highly scalable and resilient EAI architecture using off the shelf middleware and cloud services
- Collaborating with IT and business partners to understand the application footprint business flows and integration points across the applications
- Clearly articulate integration best practices design patterns for error handling alerting notifications and recommendations to IT teams and also business sponsors
- Lead a team of integration engineers to develop test and deploy integrations Ability to work with onshore and offshore contracting teams will be required
- Document the QA/testing and devops standards and guidelines Implement a robust SDLC and CI/CD framework for all integrations
- Review monitor project teams adherence to coding standards & implementation framework
- Mentor junior engineers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys and excels in a fastpaced environment with some level of ambiguity on requirements
- Experience in managing onsite and offshore consultants for timely and quality delivery
- BS degree in Computer Science Software Engineering MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience
- years of experience with technical implementations of enterprise application integrations using middleware technologies like Boomi Mulesoft Workato etc
- years of experience as an integration architect with experience in standing up and growing a platform from scratch
- Proven expertise in designing and developing integration using variety of patterns using API event based file based
- Expertise with SOAP/RESTbased services XML JSON OData JavaScript
- Expertise with queuing systems like Kafka Solace and other JMS queues
- Handson experience of creating EDI integrations with suppliers & customers using standards like EDIFACT X etc
- Strong handson experience of services in public clouds AWS and Azure
- Application development experience with Javascript XML HTTP Java C ASP SQL
- Strong analytical and structured problem solving skills
- Experience with Integrations in a manufacturing plant and understanding of plant operations is a big plus
- Experience in integrating with Microsoft Dynamics is a big plus
