Must-Haves
- Solution selling experience
- General understanding of the Power and temperature control equipment
- Maintain an annual target revenue of $3MM+
- Knowledge of the Building/Construction, and/or industrial/manufacturing sector
- Excellent business acumen
Nice-To-Haves
- Knowledge of targeted territory
- Proficiency with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) (i.e., Salesforce)
- More than 3 years of experience
Job Description

They are hiring immediately for a Sales Representative - Building Services and Construction (BS&C) sector - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

What you'll do:
- Provide power, temperature control, and Energy solutions to current and future clients in the BS&C sector
- Cold calling, account management, presentation development, closing deals
- Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders
- Selling equipment rental and services to our potential customers
- Developing and executing an annual territory sales plan
- Partnering with the operations and logistics teams project execution and completement
- Have an excellent understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors
Screening Questions You Will Be Asked:
- What does his/her/they experience with the building services and construction (BS&C) look like?
- What was his/her/they prior strategy implemented to achieve their targeted annual revenue?
- Is He/She/They bound by a non-compete-non solicitation agreement?
