Production Controller

Key Responsibilities

Develop production schedules based on demand projections to meet customer needs. Collaborate with sales and customer services to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure material availability. Establish and maintain KPIs. Monitor and report forecasted production outputs to senior management. Foster relationships with new suppliers as required. Communicate with various departments regarding production schedules and deadlines. Monitor inventory levels and adjust production to optimize resource utilization. Supervise and inspect production staffs work. Implement company policies on production scheduling for regulatory compliance. Review labor forecasts to assess additional staffing needs during peak periods. Monitor materials used during production for efficient resource utilization and waste prevention. Coordinate material procurement based on inventory levels, pricing fluctuations, and other factors. Full, clean driving license is required.
