Key Responsibilities

• Drafting reviewing and structuring commercial agreements
  
• Developing and maintaining legal resources that are required for products such as terms of service privacy notices and other disclosures
  
• Negotiating commercial agreements
  
• Providing solutionoriented legal advice to teams on regulatory issues and privacy
  
• Driving compliance with data privacy laws and other regulations
  
• Supporting the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes
