Job Summary: As a freelance medical recruiter for MHG, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top healthcare talent to join our growing team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure they meet the high standards of MHG.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for MHG.
• Collaborate with the HR team to manage the candidate selection process.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future recruitment needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a medical recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and its recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Fluency in both English and Greek is preferred.
