Are you passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry? Are you an experienced recruiter with a knack for finding the right talent? We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Healthcare Contingency Recruiters to join our team.As a Healthcare Contingency Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our healthcare clients have access to top-notch professionals during times of staffing shortages or emergencies. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals who can provide immediate support in critical situations.
Job Summary:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing healthcare professional candidates
- Building a network of healthcare professionals via various sources
- Conducting reference checks and background screenings
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and updating the ATS
- Coordinating interviews and providing guidance throughout recruitment
- Negotiating offers and contracts in line with organizational policies
- Staying updated on industry trends and legal requirements
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Previous recruiting experience in healthcare industry preferred
- Ability to attract and identify high-quality talent quickly
- Familiarity with healthcare roles such as nurses, physicians, etc.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in recruitment.
