Our client is a leading fitness brand dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals They pride themselves on providing high quality fitness products and services to their customers and their team is at then heart of their success We now have a very exciting and integral opportunity for a Head of Digital to join the team

Key Responsibilities

Digital Project Leadership Spearhead innovative digital projects exploring new revenue streams and supporting departmental digital needs

IT Oversight Provide guidance on ITrelated matters ensuring robust security protocols and costefficient solution working alongside our IT consultants

Website Management & Optimisation Oversee the strategic development and daytoday operations of websites and apps Ensure optimal user experience SEO implementation and adherence to security best practices

Technical Guidance Provide technical expertise to various teams ensuring effective utilisation of digital technologies in our studios

Data Analytics & Strategy Lead datadriven initiatives leveraging platforms such as Google Analytics Tableau SQL and data collected from our booking platforms Collaborate with data specialists to derive actionable insights for business growth

Booking Platform Partnership Management Oversee the relationship and technical operations with our booking platform ensuring seamless integration and problem resolution

Live Streaming Operations Supervise and enhance live stream services ensuring the utilisation of advanced technologies for superior user experience and competitive edge Support in integrations Manage third party tools via API Knowledge of APIs and server infrastructure is desired

Customer Feedback & Support Monitor digital feedback channels aligning technical support to enhance customer service delivery and response

Digital Marketing Support Collaborate with the Marketing Department analysing performance metrics keeping abreast of digital trends and formulating strategies to enhance engagement and growth

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in digital platform management and team leadership particularly in the fitness and wellness space
• Comprehensive understanding of web principles server setup data analytics booking platforms/CRMs
• Understanding of web development practices including UX/UI design Knowledge of Linux servers is beneficial but not essential
• Familiarity with GDPR PECRs and relevant web regulations
