TS Technical Architect Network Security

Your responsibilities: • Implement recommended actions based on regular configuration reviews, vulnerability and penetrations test reports to mitigate the risks of cyber threats • Ensures processes and standards operating procedures (SOP) are documented, reviewed and updated on regular basis. • Support the 24x7 operations and provide technical support for the Network & Security Infrastructure by attending to Incidents, problems as well as performing system administrative activities. • Manage service delivery by making sure all IMs, PMs, Change Request and IT SR are executed as per agreed SLA to avoid any escalations. • Provide root cause analysis report with permanent resolution/workaround for high severity incidents within defined SLA • Ensure all established IT infrastructure library (ITIL) processes and procedures are implemented and adhered for standardized Services and support across IT platforms, to enhance and improve IT service provisions, stability and predictability. • Ensure preventive maintenance are conducted by the vendor at regular intervals Be part of an extraordinary story Your skills. Together, everything is possible Qualifications About You • Bachelor Degree with minimum 6 years of experience or High School/Diploma or equivalent with minimum 7 years of experience • In-depth knowledge in network & security solutions which include F5 modules LTM, APM & DNS. Next generation firewalls Palo Alto, FortiGate, Barracuda. Azure & GCP native security solutions. • Good knowledge of application integration, providing high availability solutions and managing effective communication with all Infrastructure Services managers/Application owners, Vendors, Suppliers and Service Providers. • Expert level knowledge on F5 LTM, APM and DNS modules. • Knowledge and experience on Cisco Firewall (ASA, Firepower), FortiGate, Palo Alto and Barracuda firewalls • Working experience in deploying and managing Azure network services. • Working experience in deploying and managing large enterprise Network Security infrastructure solution.
