The team

The Community team at Speckle is made up of diverse talents helping communicate the value of our product to a variety of audiences. The team is responsible for marketing, content creation, customer success, advocacy, events, and any other function supporting our bottom-up growth.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you support and promote Speckle to our existing and future community members. You deeply care about making the AEC industry better and always go the extra mile to raise awareness and advocate for our product.

• You build a positive and supportive environment for our Speckle users to make their lives easier
• You actively take part in research and identify social events and conferences, network with professionals to introduce and promote Speckle within the AEC industry
• You create outstanding content in the form of tutorials, videos, workshops, and documentation to educate and inform how to leverage Speckle s potential in new and creative ways
• You regularly engage with our community and enterprise partners ensuring they are successful in using our product and create a feedback loop for our engineering teams
• You support the various functions in which our Community team engages, from marketing initiatives to handling enterprise client s needs

Your profile

• You bring experience in a similar role focused on community growth and advocacy in the AEC industry
• You are familiar with AEC disciplines and software and ideally have a background in engineering
• You are a Speckle power user and know the product inside out
• You have proven social media presence, such as our very own , LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, or other relevant social media channels
• You are a community evangelist by heart who enjoys public speaking, networking, and building relations within the industry
• You are tech-savvy, you understand basic code, or can even write little scripts, debug, and have an eye for detail to find any errors on our user-side
• Willingness to travel is crucial as you might travel on a monthly basis (ideally based in Europe)
