Your Role
We are hiring an Analytical Chemist to conduct analytical laboratory out-of-specification investigations.
- Review investigation documentation.
- Conduct thorough investigations into out-of-specification (OOS) results in the analytical laboratory.
- Identify and determine lab errors and other potential issues for closures.
- Utilize a variety of analytical techniques and instruments to identify root causes of OOS results.
- Analyze and interpret analytical data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of OOS results on product quality.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing OOS investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all analytical testing and investigation activities.
- Ensure that all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven experience in analytical chemistry with a focus on OOS investigations.
- Proficiency in a variety of analytical techniques and instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectroscopy).
- Strong understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to work efficiently with tight deadlines.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field. Proven experience in analytical chemistry with a focus on OOS investigations. Proficiency in a variety of analytical techniques and instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectroscopy). Strong understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
