This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Hotel and Airline Specialist to join our expanding team. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and organized self-starter with a passion for customer service.
As the Hotel and Airline Specialist, you will take on a crucial role in helping our clients plan their travel with ease and delight. You should have exceptional problem-solving skills and be able to customize solutions in order to exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
The responsibilities of the Hotel and Airline Specialist include, but are not limited to:
Reserving hotels and airfares that best meet clients needs
Solving customer complaints or other service-related issues
Processing payment transactions
Providing customers with accurate information about travel destinations
Creating, updating, and maintaining customer travel records
Keeping up-to-date with product and service information

Requirements: Experience in customer service or the travel industry Strong ability to communicate in writing and speaking Excellent and quick decision-making skills Excellent time management skills Must be legally authorized to work in the United States High School Diploma or equivalent Responsibilities: Discuss itinerary options with clients and suggest destinations, transportation methods and lodging possibilities depending on the clients' interests Make reservations on behalf of clients for air travel, car rental, lodging, excursions, and activities while ensuring the clients' preferences are met Coordinate payment schedules for itinerary packages or other trip components with clients and process authorized payments Offer potential clients a comprehensive price quote for destination packages Organize and deliver itinerary materials in a cohesive manner for clients
