Responsibilities: • Meetingand greeting guests at the entrance to thehotel. • Assisting with the offloading andcarrying of baggage from the car to the check-incounter. • Showing guests to their rooms aftercheck-in and showing them how to use all the utilities in therooms. • Checking that all utilities in the roomsare in perfect working condition. • Reportingfaulty utilities and equipment to maintenance forrepair. • Arranging taxis or other transport forguests. • Running errands for guests within thehotel. • Providing information on touristattractions and other places of interest to guests onrequest. • Ensuring that the lobby of the hotelis neat and tidy throughout the day. • Assistingguests to check-out at the end of their stay and carrying baggageto the transport.
