Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the President, this is a new and critical role that will play a pivotal part in driving the continued growth of our organization. As an Executive Administrative Assistant at Lakeside HR Group, you will provide comprehensive support to our President, helping to maintain the smooth functioning of the company and supporting our mission to connect people and businesses through personalized services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar and Email Management - Efficiently manage the President's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings, and handling email correspondence.
  • Event Coordination - Assist in organizing company events and meetings, ensuring they run smoothly and contribute to our overall goals.
  • Office Management - Maintain an organized and well-stocked office environment to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees.
  • Travel Support - Arrange travel plans for the President and team members when required, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Vendor and Service Provider Liaison - Collaborate closely with external service providers to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
  • Process and Project Management - Manage and improve processes within the organization to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Proposal, Presentation, and Contract Management - Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and contract management as needed.
  • General Administrative Support - Provide administrative assistance to team members and clients as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a boutique firm dedicated to innovation and customer-centric solutions.
