The HICT Manager is responsible for maintaining a motivated and skilled workforce and directs and coordinates activities consistent with established corporate objectives, policies, and procedures to ensure the delivery of sufficient system capability.HICT Analyst (Bedside Monitoring Devices Integration)• Knowledge on CIS and hospital workflows• Minimum 10+ years of experience with hands-on integration knowledge on Cerner solutions,• CareAware iBus/BMDI• CareAware Infusion Management• CareAware Vitalslink• CareAware Fetalink• Sound IT technical background with knowledge on IT security and networking.• Understanding of bedside medical devices, related configuration, and connectivity• Assist in drafting business case and RFP • Assist in technical evaluation for procurements• Configuration and troubleshooting Cerner hardware• Working knowledge on SQL and LINUX systems• Knowledge on interfaces and system integration• HL7HICT Analyst (Digital Imaging Role)• Knowledge in PACS and troubleshooting.
