Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team at our Salt Lake location. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers both inbound and outbound, resolving customer issues, and staying updated with the product knowledge provided by our organization. Additionally, you will collect feedback from customers to continuously improve our products and services.
Candidate Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
- High school or 12th pass-out
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
