Project Manager Highways Design

• Provide technical leadership in highways design, leveraging your experience to guide and mentor a team of engineers and designers. • Manage all aspects of highways design projects, from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and collaborating to deliver innovative solutions that exceed expectations. • Implement and enforce robust quality control processes to maintain high standards of design accuracy, compliance, and safety. • Foster a culture of learning and growth within your team, promoting professional development opportunities and knowledge sharing. • Identify potential project risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including environmental, geotechnical, and structural professionals, to deliver integrated solutions. Here’s What You’ll Need: • Must hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. • Must demonstrate experience or specialization in Highway Design. • At least 15 years experience in Highway Design & Project Management. • Strong knowledge of relevant design codes, standards, and regulations. • Proficiency in design software and tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
