Tasks

1. Strategic Content Development: Create and implement a content-oriented strategy that strengthens our brand across all communication channels.
2. Team Development: Cultivate and enhance our creative team, maximizing each individual's potential.
3. Focus on Motion Content: Concentrate on platforms like TikTok and other video channels, producing engaging and viral content.
4. Audience Understanding: Deep understanding of our target audience to generate relevant and captivating content.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality standards are upheld for all produced content.
6. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest content and media trends and integrate them into our strategy.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, especially Marketing, to ensure content supports company goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a senior content role
• Proven success in producing viral content, especially on TikTok.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in developing creative teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
