الوصف الوظيفي
South Bay-based client is seeking a direct-hire Controller to manage the accounting operations of the organization. This is a fully on-site role with a pay rate of up to $135,000/year. For further information regarding this position, please attach your resume.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the preparation of the annual budget in collaboration with department heads and executives
- Oversee and maintain records for all of the organization's investment accounts
- Oversee the entirety of the organization's accounting department
- Assist with month-end close operations by providing monthly financials
- Accurately prepare cash flow reports and perform financial analyses
- Other duties as assigned
- 7+ years of experience in accounting or related field
- Prior experience in management required
- Prior experience working with non-profit organizations or in the education sector required
- Experience using Quickbooks is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong organizational skills
- Experience using Excel (mid to high-level)
