Job Summary

M & M Productions USA, Inc., a leader in virtual and live event production, is seeking a creative self- starter and leader with proficiency in Graphic Design, Video Editing and Animation. The perfect person for this position will be able to quickly and efficiently manage projects, edit videos, create graphics, and generate basic animation to support our virtual and live event productions.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide creative direction and vision to social, digital and traditional creative teams, ensuring output of the highest

Responsible for directing the design, voice, and layout of all company creative work.

Collaborate with outside agencies and clients when applicable.

Communicate with all key partners to execute and approve assets.

Drive process improvement and team communication with multiple partners

Planning and collaborating with clients.

Work with Sales and Event Facilitators to ensure client deliverables are completed e ciently.

Manage workflow by ensuring that deadlines and work are completed correctly and on time.

Additional related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social and emerging technologies.

Proven ability to work within a creative team, manage contractors and agencies.

Strong creative portfolio with proven business results.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects

Detail oriented

Exceptional communication skills

Superior organizational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
