الوصف الوظيفي
- Receiving the requirements of internal users thru Nevison, reviewing the Purchase requisitions (PR) for the proper documentation
- Communicating with the users for any additional documentation required to process the PR.
- Updating the Procurement Log on daily basis
- Interfacing between Procurement specialist, buyers and manufacturers/suppliers for facilitating smooth order execution and handling the entire business cycle from quotation to closing the Purchase order.
- Identifying vendors for the material required and negotiating with them for price, quality & delivery terms, besides coordinating with the suppliers for timely and seamless receipt of material.
- Interacting with internal users & keeping them informed on the status of running orders to ensure on-time delivery of shipments.
- Coordinating with admins of all departments and act as focal point for procurement related activities
- Manage and interpret internal customer requirements, anticipate issues and exceed their needs.
- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Very good interpersonal skills.
- Strong fundamental knowledge in the related field.
