The post holder is responsible for facilitating all new co-worker orientation programs and HR updates. Lead the learning and development process in the store by working in a proactive manner. Responsible for maintaining their knowledge of current training initiatives and trends across external networks (Inter-IKEA Systems BV) and Al-Futtaim Training Centre. Coach, develop, coach and mentor all co-workers in accordance with the IKEA culture. People management and development The post holder will be responsible for managing and developing the team ensuring everyone is adequately qualified and motivated. Talent development The post holder is responsible for supporting and coordinating all department and co-worker development plans. Support Line Managers in implementing developmental training for selected succession candidates. Deliver local training initiatives to support the store team.
