The ability to conduct critical analysis Strong experience in hospitality forecasting, pricing, and inventory control Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a high performing team in a position to exceed targets Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges Excellent selling abilities and the ability and willingness to coach sales techniques to team members It would be advantageous for you in this position to demonstrate the following abilities and differences: Knowledge of the local market Knowledge of hotel property management systems Passion for target driven sales and performance Experience of working for a luxury brand in the hospitality industry
