HR Project Manager

It is also a US $7.7 billion distribution and supply chain solutions provider to over 245+ international brands in IT and Mobility spaces, serving 35+ emerging markets. The company and its subsidiaries operate in India, the West Asia, Turkey, Africa and South Asia countries. They have sales offices in multiple locations in India.

Job Responsibility:

• Manage and participate in projects, change programmes, HR and organisational initiatives across the full spectrum of HR and business activities.
• Effectively provide high quality HR activity.
• Successfully deliver tailor made business solutions.
• Effectively measure HR activity and value add utilising MI, customer feedback and tracking mechanisms.
• Engage stakeholders (HR team, specialists, business etc) in support of HR initiatives

Candidate Requirement:

• Full time MBA (HR) with 5-8 yrs of experience in handling HR projects.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills
