SENIOR NETWORK ENGINEER - SAUDI NATIONAL

Sr. Network Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining and repairing of network infrastructure and application components.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design and deploy LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, firewalls, switches, UPSs, and other hardware
2. Configure, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN equipment and related services
3. Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems
4. Architecting, creating, managing, and maintaining Network, Server and PC health for clients
5. Managing existing and deploying new system configurations, including Windows Server, Mobile Devices, Mobile Platforms and Desktops (Windows and MAC)
6. Managing and Operation of MPLS Network

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required, although some employers may consider candidates with an Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
2. Experience: Senior Network Engineers generally have at least 5-7 years of experience working in network engineering or a related field. This experience should include experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting, as well as experience with network security and administration.
3. Technical skills: Senior Network Engineers should have a deep understanding of network protocols, technologies, and tools, including TCP/IP, routing protocols, VPNs, firewalls, load balancers, and network monitoring tools. They should also have experience with network hardware, such as routers, switches, and access points.
4. Certifications: Senior Network Engineers should have relevant certifications, such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or other industry-standard certifications.
5. Soft skills: Senior Network Engineers should have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as they will be responsible for managing and collaborating with a team of network engineers and other IT professionals. They should also have the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
