ARDENT Protection LLC is looking to employ passionate & professional Security Officers to join our Team as Field Supervisors. Field Supervisors will promote the safety and security of our client s facilities, assets, staff, and visitors, and act in a supervisory role for various accounts and detail types on any given day.

If selected, your primary role will be to utilize your safety, security, and supervisory expertise to minimize disruptions for our clients, help maintain a safe & productive environment, and to support the Operations Management team with post/detail coverage and inspections.

This Field Supervisor position is full-time salaried position, with weekly opportunities for extra assignments and pay.

Officers holding this position must possess a calm, professional demeanor and have extensive knowledge of the laws regarding justifiable use of force in Florida (Chapter 776). They must be able to exercise discretion regarding the use of weapons and the supervising Security Officers.

Field Supervisors are accountable for both armed and unarmed Security staff at one or more client sites. Field Supervisors must possess excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability and willingness to protect people, property and information. They help ensure proper staffing levels, uniform & equipment needs, and help with the training of staff.

Skills :

• Supervise and monitor on duty Security Officers in assigned areas

• Ensure Security Officers are arriving on time and posting hourly updates and photos as directed

• Respond to sites as directed and ascertain that Security Officers are within ARDENT prescribed uniform guidelines, and wearing identification card and equipment per site post orders

• Assist with the development of site post orders and staffing of sites

• Provide coverage of sites; as needed

• Ascertain that logs (firewatch, etc.) are completed properly and up to date for inspection

• Maintain a sufficient amount of municipal and/or county fire watch logs and distribute to sites as needed

• Email completed daily fire watch logs to POC daily, and copy Operations Manager in the sent email

• Perform mobile patrol of security staffed sites and document Security Officer activities and deficiencies observed in Field Supervisor patrol log

• Keep Operations Manager apprised of any significant incidents that occur on site Conduct onsite training with new Security Officers as necessary

• Provide direction as well as coaching as needed

• Complete assigned trainings within the prescribed time frame
