Your tasks
We are looking for a temporary Front Transformation specialist who will support the team for all activities related to the Front Operating Model and Market & Client Coverage Model
Take ownership of Front Transformation deliverables and/or activities, Solution / process design, drive implementation, drive change management
Support the team with:
Creation of content for enhancement of existing and development of new Front Transformation elements related to Market & Client Coverage Model and Front Operating Model
Close alignment with specialists and stakeholders across the organisation and build relationships across the various functions and geographies within the organisation
Support the decision making process for the Executive Board and Group Risk Committee

Must have competences
University degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
4+ years of experience in Financial Services, preferably with front office, legal and/or change management responsibilities
Strong communication skills and comfortable managing (top senior) stakeholders
The ability to visualize complex data and information using MS Office
Fluency in English, German would be a plus

Nice to have competences
Customer-centric mindset with a can-do attitude and excellent team-working ability
The ability to navigate complex organisations and to deal with ambiguity
A structured workstyle, good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Critical thinking and strong problem solving skills
