• Managing the preparation of financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and standards such as GAAP and
  
  
• Providing financial analysis and insights to the CEO and other senior leaders to support
  
  
• Leading the development and implementation of financial policies and
  
  
• Managing and overseeing the accounting
  
  
• Collaborating with other departments and functions within the organization to ensure that financial strategies align with overall business
  
  
• Advising senior leaders on financial performance, budgeting, and
  
  
• Identifying and managing risks associated with financial reporting and
  
  

Requirements

• A bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related
  
  
• A professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA
  
  
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership
  
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and standards such as GAAP and
  
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create and implement effective financial strategies that align with the overall goals of the
  
  
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of accounting
