Syteline Developer

Gentis Solutions is seeking a Syteline Developer for a full-time, direct hire position. The ideal candidate will have experiencecreating, deploying, and maintaining reporting needs as well as developing enhancements for Infor Syteline CSI V10 ERP. If you are qualified, make sure you apply.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related experience
• 2 -4 years Infor Syteline experience
• Basic ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, using the English language
• Infor Mongoose, Syteline, or CloudSuite (CSI), MS Office, and visual analytical tools
• Occasionally Stand; Walk; Climb or balance; Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; the employee
• Regularly Sit; Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; Reach with hands and arms; Talk or hear

Typical Duties

• Gathering requirements, building, testing, and deploying software solutions and features using current ERP Solution (Infor Syteline) as well as related applications
• Provide analysis of cost-effective systems and applications, including the evaluation, documentation of requirements, functional design
• Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities
• Work with functional departments to help define, document and recommend controls for processes that will help streamline the adoption and use of technology
• Lead internal requirements reviews to share/discuss functional requirements for assigned functional business areas
• Develop tools and processes to more efficiently manage the business, challenging existing processes where needed
• Work as part of a team of support professionals to deliver excellent technical/non-technical support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and timeliness in solving issues
• Design, develop and utilize dashboards effectively
• Help desk support for all internal customers relating to ongoing day-to-day data processing needs
• Provide hardware procurement, maintenance and disposition
