Job Description:

Role Context:

The Content Quality Analyst will ensure curriculum standards, especially in the context of digital/blended learning and delivery are upheld to ensure product This position requires frequent collaboration with the Content Manager, IDs, Vendors, SMEs, and Content

Key Responsibilities:

Uphold the company s quality procedures, standards and specifications for digital and blended learning

Review course content for instructional design, content flow, learning effectiveness, language errors to ensure high-quality content is delivered for a global audience

Ensure that all the content is consistent and as per the set quality procedures and

Review customer requirements for content and make sure they are met

Follow the project plan and project timelines throughout the content development and updating process

Communicate errors and job hindrances to the assigned Manager

Assimilate feedback quickly and covert it to actionable Additional Responsibilities:

Identify recurring issues in content and resolve them via collaboration with LMS Technical Team and Vendors

Work with the LMS technical team to ensure existing content is up and running, new content is uploaded, tested and rolled out as per requirement, data tracking and reporting as required

Troubleshoot learner support issues for content delivery as needed

Manage feedback and seek constant improvement from customer/industry to material and process

Skills & Experience:

Education level: Graduate or Post-graduate

Experience: Must have 1 - 3 years of experience in a related Quality Analyst role

Knowledge of learning methodologies and Digital/eLearning modality

Must have strong language command and a penchant for vocabulary and grammar alongside aptitude to grasp and apply their acquired knowledge

Meticulous attention to detail

Flexibility to meet changing deadlines

Knowledge of MS-Office

Strong teamwork ethic (works amicably with others)
