The Customer Service Representative is expected to answer inquiries from potential customers via phone (mostly over the phone), email, and Accurately update the sheet with the caller's data, provide information, answer questions about the services, schedule appointments, can convince inquiring potential customers to sign up, and assist customers in signing

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service via phone for service-related concerns

Take schedules or bookings over the phone and enter into the system

Provide customer support to find the correct information with the possibility of upselling

Other supportive customer service and sales-related tasks such as replying to customer emails and re-bookings

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years in a similar or equivalent role in order processing or fulfillment

.

Strong customer service orientation (Phone calls, Email, and Chat)

.

Great English communication skills both verbal and written

.

Highly organized and with great attention to detail

.

Technology savvy - able to navigate new systems/platforms easily

.

Trustworthy and passionate

MS Excel skill highly preferred
