• Responsible for the Management, Supervision and Training of Machine Operators, Production Technicians, Quality Inspectors, for Injection Molding Machining
  
• Coordinate with Production Managers to ensure all Production Requirements and Goals are met and delivered within Project
  
• Works with Warehouse and Production Management to ensure On-Time
  
• Works with QM to complete Quality requirements and ensure conformance /
  
• Understand resource-needs and production demand to ensure staffing levels are appropriate to delivering customer
  
• Entered and Maintain accurate information in the MRP
  
• Ensure all supervisors and operators are fully trained to perform all tasks necessary in the manufacturing
  
• Ensure that all personnel are performing to meet production quality
  
• Provide formal and informal performance feedback to all team members to foster continuous
  

Requirements

• 5 - 7 Years of Experience w/ Injection Molding Processes
• Bachelor of Science / Arts Degree (Preferred, Not Required)
  
• High School Diploma (Required)
  
• Compute, Interpersonal, Team Building, Personal Development Skills
  
• Mechanicaly-Inclined and Lean Manufacturing Understanding
