(Senior) UX/UI Designer

We are currently on the lookout for a (Senior) UX/UI Designer to help build up our multi-sided platform for live entertainment. You will be given the opportunity to apply your skills by bringing a new, innovative product to the market.

Tasks

• Be involved at every stage of the design process from discovery through detailed design, execution, and iteration creating high-quality user flows, wireframes, pixel perfect designs, and prototypes, of your own hand or at times by advising more junior designers
• Conduct foundational and generative research with users, to unearth key user needs, behaviors, produce relevant user personas and inform product decisions
• Design wireframes, screens, and prototypes to illustrate product behavior along defined use cases
• Create pixel perfect designs for mobile and web to be handed over to development for implementation using the latest tools and standards in the industry
• Conduct evaluative research with users to validate design decision and identify user pain points and effectively implement initiatives to continuously improve these user experiences
• Work closely with our development team to ensure a smooth handover and implementation according to the expected experience
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to define detailed product and business needs as well as experience, functional and technical requirements
• Design, organize and maintain the design system in the process
• Be the gatekeeper for launches of new products ensuring our hypotheses are having a positive impact on both user experience and business

Requirements

• Highly developed design skills demonstrated in your portfolio of recent workevant experiences
• Experience in designing complex digital products (web- and application-based), ideally in an agile-based and fast-paced start-up environment
• Highly developed design skills, demonstrated in your portfolio of recent work
• Expertise in working with Figma and Jira Photoshop and Illustrator are bonus
• Creative problem-solving skills and not afraid of challenging the status quo
• Structured way of thinking and an ability to thrive under pressure and experience in working in agile sprints
• Independent, driven, passionate and dedicated to UX/UI design
• Fluency in English and German is a must, any other language proficiency is a bonus
