- Develop strategic objectives and KPIs for the Service Department and ensure that the department’s employees are working towards the achievement of these objectives.
- Review the operating results of the Service Department and follow-up to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct insufficient results.
- Develop the Service Department’s annual budget and ensure all service centre employees are working within the assigned budget by setting the required targets and responsibilities.
- Develop and ensure implementation of the Service Department’s policies and procedures in order to achieve the Division’s objectives.
- Manage the daily operations of Service Center to ensure customer needs are met in addition to managing all service center activities, services, inventory and repairs of all medical equipment are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
