• Consulting and process optimization for the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
  
• Analysis of customer needs, development of solution proposals and their realization
  
• Implementation and training
  
• Support of the sales department in the presales phase
  

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, (economic) engineering, (economic) informatics or a comparable course of study or comparable professional experience
  
• Work experience as Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM / PSA / PO Consultant
  
• Extensive experience with Dynamics-365 processes, knowledge in customizing Dynamics 365 solutions and Project Service Automation / Project Operations
  
• Readiness to travel
  
• Professional appearance with strong customer orientation
