Tasks

Your tasks ...

• You will manage and update our job postings
• You will run your own A/B tests to increase the number of applications
• You will read and answer emails, we receive from our applicants, and create a FAQ, as well as pre-screen applications for further review
• You will clean the data of received applications and send out follow-up emails (to high-potential candidates)
• You will work on automating internal HR processes

Requirements

This is you...

• You pay attention to detail and can stay focused for multiple hours at a time
• You have a very good command of the English language (You feel confident in grammar and spelling)
• You have first experiences in HR and/or automation/optimization and you like to make things faster, more efficient and smarter
• You like to work independently and can manage your working hours well

• 100% work from home, no need to join any scheduled group meetings
• Flexibility (10 - 20 h / week), with 8 - 10 h scheduled on Friday, other hours can be distributed according to your needs.
• Depending on your profile & the number of working hours: 700 - 1800 pln / mth.
• Unlimited duration, with the possibility to grow into more responsibilities
• Guidance and help from a direct supervisor
