Job Description:

1) Perform first level maintenance and support of all MEP ( HVAC, Electrical Low current & High current) Plumbing (Building water supply, Landscape Irrigation, Swimming Pool, Fountain), Home Automation, and basic interior & exterior. In the sense, a Building Facilities Manager.

2) Build and perform preventive maintenance for the above.

3) Liaise with manufacturers and service providers (including under warranty) for periodic maintenance and fault restoration.

4) maintain system manuals and manufacturer/supplier warranties.

Role:

- Critical mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to improve the building's functionality.

- Lighting, water pipelines and HVAC systems are designed and installed to ensure power savings and cost reduction.

Qualification :
- Diploma in Mechanical
- Diploma in Electrical
- B.E in Mechanical
- B.E in Electrical

Working Hours: 8am - 6pm

Salary : 2000 $ - 3000 $

Supplemental pay: OT
