About the role

As an addition to our HR team we are looking for a HR Manager (m/f/d).

Roles & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the payroll accounting and are in exchange with our tax consultancy in the complete payroll process
• You handle contracts, references and employee inquiries and are the expert for all questions regarding social security, health insurance, payroll taxation and compensation and benefits
• The independent support and correspondence with candidates and the organization of the entire recruiting process are part of your daily business
• You manage the onboarding and offboarding processes and support employees in various HR-related issues such as leave and compensation, as well as in finding solutions to any problems that may arise
• Among other things, you will work on exciting HR projects: The focus is currently on process optimization and implementation (including HR policies)

Required skills & Expertise

• You have a university degree with a focus on human resources or a comparable education
• You have 2 years of professional experience in HR, preferably in fast-paced and creative companies
• Preferably you have already worked with an external payroll office/service provider
• You enjoy dealing with people and are characterized by empathy and a positive mindset
• You have a very high service orientation, initiative and flexibility as well as an independent, structured and committed way of working
• You are business fluent in German and bring along business fluent English skills
