Receiving and following up enquiries from potential clients ranging from international
agents to corporate or private customers.
Responsible for ensuring the smooth moving process relating to clients personal effects,
including : pre-shipment surveys; communicating with agents; producing quotations;
processing bookings with airlines / shipping lines; coordinating with packing teams;
following up on transportation; providing insurance related documents; following up on
customs clearance; and the organization and maintenance of records
Preparing import and export documentation.
Working as part of a team that manages the move process for clients which involves
passing relevant information accurately to other team members as part of the
coordination of a move.
