الوصف الوظيفي

The organization handles all planning related tasks associated with oil producing facilities. The analyst should be able to Planning and Forecasting and Reporting. Provide analysis, explanations and recommendations relating to regular Planning & Performance Management tasks such as business plan preparation, hiring forecast and periodic performance tracking, measurement analysis and reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:
  • Provide day-to-day Financial and human resources support
  • Develop, evaluate and review all the planning tasks and reports
  • Develop and enhance tools and reports to ease the financial and HR work
  • Recommend new approaches, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and HR services performed
  • Support the implementation of the organizations vision and mission, develop or implement an internal HR strategy that is aligned to the organization s goals and objectives
  • Support in the development of functional requirements of custom HR applications, implement HR policies, guidelines and procedure

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
The successful candidate should :
  • Hold A Bachelor s degree in Business & Management
  • Have 10 to 15 years experience in Oil & Gas industry operating facilities, Performance analysis, assessment and reporting
  • Build organizations hiring forecast, Financial (IFRS) reporting, Business planning / budgeting/HR, Business case preparation
  • Manage, and analyze large volumes of data is necessary. Also possess solid knowledge and understanding of management accounting, finance, HR and Excel and be able to articulate complex analysis into simple concepts with strong writing and presentation making / giving ability
