We are looking for an energetic Business Development and Partnerships Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for creating and maintaining sustainable partnerships, growing existing ones, and building opportunities to enhance Resal App s top line. You will have to coordinate with other teams and their leaders and take care of the implementation of business growth plans and strategies.

The ideal candidate must use negotiation and interpersonal skills to create synergistic partnerships and opportunities. Your main motive is to consistently develop, implement and manage initiatives for the growth of the company s business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work to KPI s and revenue targets as set by management.
  • Prepare reports of Business Development department timely and accurately to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
  • Pursuing strategic leads/opportunities by cultivating partnerships or other commercial relationships, and/or identifying new markets either locally, regionally, or nationally for Resal App.
  • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with top loyalty programs, banks, fintech and relevant business partners
  • Develop and implement loyalty programs to drive customer retention in collaborating with relevant stakeholders
  • Developing marketing strategies and tactics to promote the partnership to customers and other stakeholders
  • Conduct in-depth due diligence analysis and market research for target business opportunities in order to support top management in making decisions.
  • Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue & minimize costs.
  • Participate in local and global industry events to represent the company, network, and close deals that will bring value to the company
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
  • Assess managers and conduct regular call and email follow ups to close deals, negotiations, and partnerships
  • Create and manage new revenue streams to grow Resal App top line and improve bottom line
  • Managing existing strategic partnerships by developing new ideas for collaboration, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in business related fields with 1-3 years of proven experience in business development or relevant roles.
  • Located in Jeddah
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
