Manufacturing Application Engineer

This is a remote position.

• Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement
  
• Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements.
  
• Produce outline designs.
  
• Design, manufacture and install components that fulfil requirements.
  
• Analysing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
  
• Conduct experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product/machine tool designs.
  
• Conduct experiments methodically, analyse data and interpret results.
  
• Test and evaluate theoretical designs.
  
• Play a vital role indesigning, manufacturing, and fabricating high-quality, precise parts.
  
• Must have the knowledge and skills to operate and program CNC machines such as mills and lathes.
  
• Must understand various types of fit basis the machine tool components and be able to derivetolerances. Experteye fortolerance analysis to provide friction-free, reliable designs to customers.
  
• Must have the expertise to understand material types and their associated uses for machine tool design
  
• Must have an eye for aesthetic uniform body machine design type and implement the same
  
• Good grasp of machine tool PPM / TPM procedures
  
• Have a good understanding of machine tool alignments and geometry
  
• Must be able to design the machine tools with the vision of minimal maintenance, maximumdurability, and 100% safety to drive tangibleoutcomes
  
• Design for Manufacture/Design for Assembly (DFM/DFA) approach and hands-on implementation is a must
  
• Structural Analysis of Machine Tool Design is the mandatory expectation of the role
  

Requirements

• A total of 3 to 5 years of work experience is a must.
  
• Must be BE - Mechanical Engineering with First Class
  
• Must have expertise in working on Machine Design, Tooling Design and Factory Applications Build
  
• Certified CAD / CAM Engineer
  
• Ansys Expertise is preferred
  
• Certified Solid Works Engineer
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Commercial awareness
  
• Excellent technical skills, including computer-aid design experience.
  
• The ability to work under pressure.
  
• Problem-solving skills.
  
• Creativity.Mechanical engineers have to design and develop the complicated products
  
• Interpersonal and teamworking skills.
