Customer is looking for an Active Directory/Azure Active Directory Specialist who knows what is required to take ownership and drive Directory Services and at the same time lead the team into a transformation where the IAM team will include Active Directory/Azure Active Directory and Exchange under the teams management.
Customer is currently facing an exciting transformation where we will insource AD services currently outsourced to 3rd party vendors. The IAM team will be responsible for insourcing the Active Directory / Azure into its control. As the AD/AAD Specialist, you will be in charge of driving the AD insourcing activity, which also includes elements around AAD.
Today IAM team consists of senior and junior IAM developers with quality delivery as our watchword.
The candidate will be expected to assume certain key responsibilities:
-take ownership or key role in the AD/AAD insourcing
-Designing, installing, configuring and troubleshooting AD/AAD based solutions
-Leading the team in implementation by providing training and technical leadership in the field
-Provide expertise to troubleshooting scenarios
-Enforce policies in the environments you control
A successful candidate will have experience / knowledge of the following areas:
Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, Infrastructure, ITIL
You will have 3+ years proven experience in a global organization driving business outcomes using a mix of AD and Azure AD
Knowledge of Active Directory, both configuration and Design
Knowledge and experience with Active Directory Forest migrations/consolidations
Knowledge of PKI (Enterprise Certificate Services)
Knowledge of Federation Services and Azure Ad Connect scripting experience (PowerShell, Azure Automation or similar)
Plan and execute Active Directory Domain level upgrades
Managing Forests and Trusts
Security policies with authentication mechanisms, password policies and rules, ipsec policies.
General good knowledge of availability management (twinning, HA etc) and backup recovery.
Provide expert troubleshooting for Active Directory service issues (DFS, DNS, WINS, LDAP etc)
Support AD name resolution technologies (DNS, WINS, DHCP, Infoblox)
Configure/troubleshoot Azure AD Connect
Manage/extend AD schema
Support Azure AD, AAD-DS and other Azure technologies
Maintaining security, standards and high availability of AD/AAD architecture
Design and review any required changes to Active Directory with a specific focus on structure, delegation models, tiering and management.
Location
Location is Stockholm, Sweden. Members of the IAM team can continuously work remotely to, but is expected to be at the customer office on agreed basis, such as the Knowledge Transfer phase at the start of the assignment. Ideal candidate lives in the Stockholm region and can visit the office weekly.
The assignment is 100%. Business travel is likely not required.

As a person, you are a driven, self-motivated, problem-solving and communicative person who is experienced in working with different technologies. You understand the importance of following established processes (especially Agile) regarding development, review and documentation, but at the same time are not afraid to question or suggest possible improvements.
As a candidate to this assignment, you should have a related technical education and at least 5 years of experience working in similar roles. We prefer candidates who additionally display the qualities listed below:
-has previous experience of AD insourcing or similar activities
-capable of translating stakeholder requirements to technical designs and leading team in the technical implementation.
-expert troubleshooter
-has a demonstrated capability for learning new concepts
-has a desire and ability to share their knowledge
-has past familiarity with IAM
-is a team player
