Night Porter

Night Porter required in Bagenalstown.

Key responsibilities of this role are:

• To communicate with all guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.
  
• To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the agreed SOPs for the facility.
  
• To answer the telephone and direct the calls appropriately and deal with any queries that may arise.
  
• To be responsible for the Security of the facility, guests, and property during your shift.
  
• Routine cleaning of public areas.
  
• Reports directly to General Manager and carries out additional tasks as necessary.
  

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have a professional and friendly approach and must be focused on providing excellent customer service. They will have at least 1 year of previous night porter experience. They must be a team player and have the ability to multitask. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, they will be a leader with excellent communication and timekeeping skills. An excellent level of spoken English. This position is night work.

Shift from 8 pm to 8 am

The pay rate is dependent on the experience and expertise of the candidate.
