- Responsible for the sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing of goods, and services to meet the company’s operational requirements.
- Run tenders, evaluate bids, and make recommendations.
- Managing supplier relations and maintain the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation and continually improve purchasing strategies
- Ensures completion of tasks in an effective and efficient way according to agreed objectives, budget, procedures, and specification; provides reporting as required.
- Resolves or/and escalates conflict and provides solutions and executes corrective actions.
- Contributes and manages within defined information systems and working procedures to ensure quality of product and service to the customer.
