Product & Market Strategy Manager

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of the strategy of our products and their positioning on the markets
  
• Promotion of our products and solutions internally and externally
  
• Development of the price policy and analysis of market needs
  
• Study of the competition and technology watch
  
• Close collaboration with the Technical Department in the development and design of our products (machines and services)
  
• Development and follow-up of the arguments and SWOT of our products
  
• Complete management of Strategic Marketing activities
  

• Engineering degree or equivalent in mechanics and/or industrial electronics
  
• Complementary training in marketing strategy and planning
  
• Mastery of markets and machine technologies, ideally in the railway sector
  
• Proven experience of several years in the similar function of the railway field or the automotive/rail industry at the international level
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong taste for contacts at all hierarchical levels
  
• Strategic thinker, customer oriented, winning spirit and outgoing entrepreneur
  
• Flexibility to travel and travel around the world (30%)
  
• Languages: perfect command of English, French, German (Swiss German will be an asset)
  
• Entry into office immediately or to be agreed.
