- - Receive instructions from and coordinate with the workshop supervisor regarding daily assignment or schedule.
- - Operate balancing machine and maintain according to the machine manufacturer¡¦s recommendation.
- - Perform works with a high degree of accuracy and precision according to instruction and standard specification.
- - Prepare estimate and sketch showing the size/dimensions of the required shafting and inspection of rotary component for balancing possibilities.
- - Ensure that counterweights are placed securely/tightly, properly, correctly and not harmful to other component.
- - Install, use or put accurately the suitable and correct materials as counterweights in accordance with the rotary components.
- - Monitor the quantity, ordering and maintain of stocks of the counterweight materials in order to provide seamless service.
- - Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes, and work cooperatively to provide quality seamless service.
- - Complete required paper works for each job accurately and on a timely basis.
- - Assist other technician or personnel in skilled or non-skilled duties as directed by workshop supervisor.
- - Keep area neat and clean for every end of the day/duty.
- - Perform other skilled or non-skilled duties as directed by the supervisor or shop manager.
- - Observe all safety procedures and use proper protective gears.
