This position involves the safe operation of equipment to complete assigned jobs. Operators should be mechanically inclined and physically fit to work in all kinds of weather. Preference will be given to candidates that possess previous experience in the industrial sector.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operating a Haul Truck, Excavator, Dozer or Grader in an open pit mine and/or surrounding area. Operating assigned heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Understanding and adhering to all policies, procedures and standards. Participating in all safety and culture building programs. Training on new equipment when requested. Requirements
Other Project Details:
- 20 on 7 off rotation
- 12 hr shifts
- Overtime
- Camp provided
- Long term project
