Operations Intern

We are currently looking for an Operations Intern to support us with a wide variety of real-estate and expansion functions in the Netherlands. This is a paid internship and is based in Amsterdam.

Tasks

• Full responsibility of the set-up and launch of new properties;
• Schedule, oversee, and assist contractors ensuring the safety, quality, and cleanliness of work performed;
• Run day-to-day operations of our properties;
• Streamline local operations and set-up new processes;
• Contact person for owners, asset managers and tenants as well as assuming responsibility for comprehensive property management;
• Preparing handover and return of residential units;
• Regularly reviewing existing maintenance and service contracts;
• Checking utility bills;
• Commissioning and monitoring the modernization/repair works;
• Support Expansion team in sourcing, screening, negotiating and closing Habyt expansion opportunities within the country in order to reach growth targets
• Develop trustful relationships with developers, real estate agencies, and landlords in the country

Requirements

• Passion and relevant experience in real estate management is a plus;
• Fluent level of English and Dutch, any other language is a plus;
• Flexibility and attention to details;
• Ability to work under strict deadlines;
• Ideally possession of a driving license;
• Hands-on approach to multitude of tasks.
