Principal Technical Architect

Infra Automation & DevOps Engineer We're seeking a high caliber Infrastructure Engineer with public cloud enablement / automation experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working on green field and brown field DevOps transformation efforts. The candidate shall be customer facing and shall own several aspects of the project delivery including Scope of Work, management of timelines, setting up Infrastructure as code, implementing DevOps pipelines, orchestrating deployments and operations at scale. Areas of responsibility Write clean, high quality maintainable code keeping customer and developer experience in mind. Write effective unit / integration tests for the functionality you implement. Participate in code reviews. Manage your sprint work items. Create clean design and user documentation. Work on promoting best practices culture on cloud native applications & architecture Design, refine and maintain cloud native infrastructure & architecture, Promote security and best practice resource usage internally. Requirements 6+ years of total industry experience. 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure automation through Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, ARM templates, Cloud Formation etc. 1+ years of experience working with at least two of the following monitoring / observability systems, either cloud native or third party monitoring tools. 2+ years of experience with Python / PowerShell or equivalent software development background. 1+ years of experience with Git based version control systems, CICD pipelines setup. Knowledge of at least one cloud platform and the infrastructure services offered amongst AWS, Azure and GCP. Any knowledge of Kubernetes and Microservices application architecture is a plus. A bachelor s degree or equivalent.
